Had a telephone screen with HR, then a 2nd phone interview with a 2nd level HR person. The 3rd interview was remote via video with the hiring manager and their senior. Finally, there was an on-site visit with the site leadership team.

It was super easy! Anyone can handle HR at Falconer. The team interviews, the questions, the work itself, and the whole process was a walk in the park. The building, though, was old and dated, like something from the 1980s.

Applied via an external recruiter. The first interview was a 1-hour Teams call with the hiring manager; the HR partner was present but didn't ask much. They asked me to walk through my background and if I had any questions. The second round was a 30-minute Teams call with the hiring manager and HR partner, down to 2 candidates. I heard back the following Tuesday after interviewing on a Wednesday, and the other candidate had accepted the offer.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I met with the engineers and management. They gave me a general overview of the job. It wasn't a super tough interview process. Being honest and trustworthy will help you do well. The whole thing lasted a full day. We had a nice lunch away from the office. The engineers seemed to know a lot about the job, but HR wasn't really on the same page as the engineers.
