Content Marketer
3 steps: 1 call with HR, then with the hiring manager, and finally with their manager. Followed by a case study. The case study was pretty representative of the tasks required, and the interviews were supportive.
- What feedback would your previous manager give about you?
Account Executive
I had a recruiter screening call that was really thorough and felt like a real two-way discussion. After that, I had the hiring manager interview where they asked the usual stuff and gave me more details about the sales team and the business. But then, I got totally ghosted and haven't heard anything back, which is pretty disappointing in 2025, especially when ATS systems are so common and even an automated message would've made a difference to my experience. Obviously, no feedback was given.
- Can you tell me about the ACV, ICP, and stakeholders you've sold to?
- Which clients have you successfully closed?
- Could you detail a deal you successfully closed?
Business Development Manager
The interview process is long and has multiple steps. It starts with a call with HR, followed by calls with two different managers. Then there's a roleplay exercise, and another interview with a manager. After all this, they don't provide any feedback and just disappear, and I found out the position was filled internally. It seems like they posted the job online for legal reasons and were just interviewing people to appear legitimate. I wouldn't recommend it.
- As a manager, how would you organize your daily tasks?
Product Manager
I had 4 interviews. The first was with HR. The second with the Head PM who is the hiring manager for his team. The third interview was with the Head PM and the Product Director where I had to do a presentation. The fourth was with the Product Director. The job description and presentation were in English. During the interview and presentation, the questions asked and Skeepers' expectations were completely different from what was asked in the job description and presentation. The presentation was supposed to be in front of the Head and Director, but the Director never received an invitation. I offered to reschedule, but they said no. While I was presenting to the Head, I was interrupted at slide 3 because the Head forgot to record the interview. I was promised a response within the following week about whether I would proceed to the final interview, but I had to send emails to find out the status. To this day, I am still waiting for them to get back to me. The candidate experience was not positive and frankly disappointing for a company of this size.
- Tell me about your motivation for Skeepers, what you like about what the company does, etc.
- Describe the role of a Senior PM.
