This was a PT (probationary trial?) for a master's degree candidate. They asked questions based on my portfolio and basic CS skills. They also asked me about the best subject I listened to in university. The interviewers were very kind and made me feel calm.

So, there were 2 rounds of in-person interviews. The first one was with a senior exec and the department director, and the second one was just with the director. The whole thing was pretty quick since they set up the first interview within a week of my initial call, and then the second interview was another week later. I guess they needed someone fast because someone else was leaving. They had 4 people in for the final interview, but I didn't get the job in the end.

After my application was reviewed, I had to take a personality test. The whole interview process was just one round, conducted over Zoom. They sent over a list of questions beforehand. It was a 20-minute video call with three interviewers who were nice, but the questions were pretty in-depth.

This is a very professional organization and their HR department is top-notch. They made sure my visit and meetings with the right people were very punctual and stayed on schedule. They actually took the time to chat with me afterward to hear my thoughts and talk about the next steps. They were really clear about what the job entails and what they're aiming for in the division. Plus, they were pretty open about other divisions within the company and opportunities for career growth.
