The interview process has 3-4 rounds and the pay for the contract position is very low. They interview people from various backgrounds and expect them to be experts. It was unreasonable and unprofessional. They also give assignments that might take over 30 hours to complete in just a few days.

Recruiter reached out about setting up an interview, however after going back and forth requesting the salary range he indicated he wasn't able to share so I withdrew my candidacy, based on fact that if a company requires your time for an interview yet unwilling to share compensation they either haven't allocated a budget for the role (which is a waste of time) or are not transparent in their processes (which lack integrity and character) for which I would not want to work in such environment. It's 2021 and advertising the salary range in a JD should be required. Not sure why companies think candidates should jump thru hoops, taking time to interview without knowing total compensation.

The interview was entirely behavioral-based questions with a few industry/company/job related scenario-based questions. Nothing was meant to give the interviewee a hard a time. The fit is something the company values a lot on so the team leaders will evaluate if they could see you in the team working and building good relationships with the teammates.
