The interview process was super fast and easy. My advice is to go in person when it's not too busy (weekdays between 2-4pm) and ask to speak with a manager to get an interview.
- Do you have prior experience working in the restaurant industry?
Server
It was pretty easy and chill. You might even get to try some of the food and get served during the process, which will give you a good feel for the company's vibe. Just dress business casual, and make sure you've got serving experience and know a bit about wine!
- Can you tell me about wine pairings for different types of meat, such as chicken, pork, or beef?
- How long have you been working in the service industry?
- What's your understanding of wine?
Server
It was a quick interview. They genuinely cared about what I had to say. The vibe was good and they offered some cool perks. They laid out all the details and were really clear about what they were looking for.
- Could you tell me about your availability and the number of shifts you're looking to work?
Hostess
The interview process was super chill and relaxed, no pressure at all. Honestly, it was one of the best interviews I've ever had. I got an interview super fast after applying the first time and they were cool about letting me pick a day that worked for me.
- Do you have any work experience?
