The interview process was really long, I think around 5 rounds maybe, with lots of back and forth. This company doesn't seem to have much diversity in the US, and they have teams overseas, so there's a chance your role might be outsourced. They seemed disorganized and lacked business sense, changing their minds about hiring status frequently. After two months of this, I stopped communicating because it was a waste of time and the pay was low. The company seems to be stagnant, operating like a small family business without plans to grow.
