Consultant
I'm good at figuring out what clients need and coming up with hiring solutions that fit. I know how to handle the whole recruitment thing, from finding people to screening them, interviewing, and picking the best ones. I can also lead teams by giving out jobs while still being good at evaluating candidates myself.
- Can you explain the distinction between a functional consultant and a technical consultant?
FTE
It's a multi-stage hiring process. The main part is interviews, which can be one-on-one, with a group, or a panel. Interviews are done in person, over the phone, by email, or video calls.

IT Intern
So for the Sivantos IT intern role, it's usually like this: first you chat with HR on the phone, then you have some technical interviews with the IT folks. They want to see your tech skills, how you solve problems, and if you get IT stuff. They might ask about tools or projects you've done. Sometimes they throw in questions about working with others, being flexible, and talking to people.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
