First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SitusAMC.
Asset Management Intern
It was a pretty standard process: first a quick call with HR, and then an interview with two people. What really rubbed me the wrong way was how I built rapport with the team and HR folks, only to be rejected at the very end without even an email. I only found out two weeks later by checking my application status. It was pretty classless.

VP Financial Systems Development
The interview process was great. I announced I was looking for new roles in the Workday Integrations space. Ashley Brown from SitusAMC reached out. After a quick talk with Ashley, I was connected to the hiring manager the next day for a first interview. A second, technical interview happened in under a week. Within two weeks of the first contact, I got and accepted an offer. Ashley was awesome, she answered many questions and was very helpful through every stage.
- Can you discuss your experience with Workday integrations and security?
Systems Administrator
This was a terrible interview experience. There was a severe lack of communication, with weeks passing between correspondence about next steps. The questions asked were outside the scope of the job role, and management described the company as a "train wreck." HR was unprofessional, frequently on vacation or unresponsive. Leadership and upper management have very high turnover, with most having been there only a few months, and no one having been there longer than a couple of years. If you're looking for a career opportunity, steer clear. You have been warned.

Associate
The interview was on Microsoft Teams and the people were welcoming and personable. I felt like I got to know them and they outlined the next steps. I got a call and received an offer for about 20% less than what I told the recruiter I was making. I never got a follow-up call or email about the position since it was different than what I applied for, and they wanted a quick answer. I wasn't told about benefits, but I looked them up and the time off is all lumped together with very little total. They mentioned they're affected by people leaving like other big companies, but their lack of communication and follow-up didn't show me they value their people, which they said they do.
