First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SiteZeus.
Sales Associate
It was a 4 on 1 group interview, they hit you with like 100 questions all at once and try to make you feel uncomfortable. The whole environment felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable from the second I walked in.
- Do you have sales experience?
Customer Success Manager
I only had the initial recruiter call. We had a good chat, and she was great. I just never heard back or got a reason why I wasn't chosen, which I wish they would have provided.
- How familiar are you with the products we offer?
Software Developer
Not professional. First round with HR rep I felt that it was not a diverse environment to work in. 2nd round were with 2 engineers. Its been about 3 weeks now and they did not even have the common courtesy to contact me back even after requesting for feedback twice.
- How would you debug an application that pulls a report from a server but runs slow.
- What is the difference between an abstract class and an interface.
- Tell me about a project that you were proud of.

The interviews themselves were fine. I understand not being a fit or if they found someone else. My negative review is because of the lack of followup from SiteZeus after my second interview. My first interview was with their HR manager shortly after I applied. He explained the company and the position, asked about my experience, and we both asked questions. Communication was great then. I was quickly scheduled for a second interview with the development team that same week. I thought it went okay, although I could have done better. They asked general questions about my experience, then C# questions that seemed like common Google search results. I could have prepared better, so I get it if my responses weren't good enough. After this interview, I sent three emails before the next week, and none got a response. I assume they're busy, but I tried multiple times to follow up and got nothing. I'm guessing I wasn't chosen for the next round.
- In C#, could you explain the distinctions between a struct and a class?
- Regarding C# parameters, what differentiates a ref parameter from an out parameter?
- You work with Azure DevOps and manage build pipelines; are they classic or YAML pipelines?
