SDR Manager
The interview process was excessively long, lasting 2 months from start to finish, with 4 stages. The actual interviews were fine, and the people were friendly and hospitable. I'm bitterly disappointed that after investing a lot of time preparing for these interviews, and even providing references at the final stage, I received no update from SiteTracker. This reflects poorly on the company and is a blessing in disguise. If a company can't decide after a 2-month interview process and asking for references, it's not worth joining. Save your time and energy with these guys.
- Can you describe your management style?
Sales Development Representative
A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin and we scheduled the first call. After the first call they invited me for an onsite interview. My interview experience was overall okay. The problem was although I reached out to several people within the organization, they never got back to me. Please avoid interviewing with companies like Sitetracker who don't respect your time.
- Can you tell me about your KPIs?
Sales Development Representative
The process takes a few weeks and has 5 stages with a smooth transition from recruiter to CEO. You'll have a first call for a screen, then with the hiring manager, then an AE, then the EMEA director, and finally the CEO.
