First I talked to my direct supervisor, then I had a second interview with two supervisors. After that, I had a call with another branch manager and finally a call with the NJ director. It was a pretty straightforward process, and I liked that it was all in person. The interview questions were about being a leader and leadership qualities, and I made sure to use real examples when I answered.

I interviewed for the CX specialist role in Tampa. The interview process involved a phone interview and an in-person interview. The interviewers were knowledgeable and professional, and I felt welcomed. I had the opportunity to ask all my questions about the company, the position, and expectations. I'm starting with the company in April.

Behavioral

It was a lengthy interview process, but everyone that I interviewed with was so friendly and knowledgeable. After a few interviews, it was clear that the DNA (aka company values) were something they all believed in and used to determine the best candidate. Everyone was on time to both virtual and in-person interviews, and came prepared. Something I appreciate very much as an HR professional. Most interviews included behavioral based interview questions. Overall, very positive experience.

Behavioral Presentation

This interview process was drawn out and then I was ghosted. The company needs a reality check; they sell fertilizer and shovels, not gold. The leadership was incredibly rude and kept asking if I fit the 'SiteOne DNA' and if I was right for the organization, which felt like overkill. I had the experience for the job, but they still strung me along. In the fourth round, the hiring manager said I might receive an offer, but they never followed up with a final decision, even though they knew I had a deadline for another offer. I will never consider this company again and do not recommend interviewing with them. Don't waste your time. I clearly dodged a bullet with their arrogant leadership.
