The manager said to my face that I wasn’t qualified for a specific skill set, even though I have over four years of direct experience and gave multiple examples to back it up. It was clear he had already made up his mind about me before I even walked in. Not sure what’s more frustrating: being dismissed outright or realizing the conversation was just for show.

Started with a call to go over the job description and my past work. Then I got two excel problems to do. If those went well, there was another call with upper management. The last interview was in person with a coworker and my direct supervisor.
