First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sit ‘n Sleep.
Sales Associate
It was a great process and I was blessed to be hired by Sit n Sleep. Larry and Drew were very nice. It was a three interview step process.
- What five qualities would you want to influence if Sit n Sleep was your company?
Sales Representative
It's a lengthy process... the final interview was pretty intimidating. The first interview with the recruiter was good. Then there was an interview at a store with a regional and that was interesting. She was very friendly and asked me to role play. The final interview was with a group panel and it was pretty scary. I wasn't sure I had everyone's attention throughout the interview. A couple of them seemed distracted. But in the end it was a thorough process.
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rank your abilities as a salesperson?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was straightforward. I sent in my application online, and after about a week, I was invited for an interview. I was informed that I'd be meeting with two interviewers.
- Can you tell me about your previous customer service experience and your availability?
- How flexible is your schedule?
Sales Consultant
The final hiring person was super unprofessional. They took a bunch of calls during the interview, which was weird. Normally, you'd have someone else take messages so you don't get interrupted.
- What is your greatest weakness.
