I applied through the Fiemg website. The next day, I got a profile assessment. A few days later, I received an invitation via Teams for an interview with HR. The following day, I got an email invite to go in person to Fiemg for a technical interview. Even though the manager gave signals of possible approval, I wasn't selected because there were many candidates.

I applied through the fiemg website and immediately took an online test about organization and filing. After a few days, I completed a personality test. Then, the Recruitment and Selection department scheduled an online interview, followed by an in-person interview at the unit. Both the recruiter and the manager who interviewed me at the unit were very polite, making the interviews comfortable.

So the process started with my CV, then a technical test, a writing assignment, a profile analysis, and finally an interview. After the first test, there was a system error and the test reopened, allowing for changes to the essay question. I had already passed this first stage and was approved before the error occurred. Two weeks later, I hadn't received any new results, only an automated email saying my CV didn't meet the prerequisites. The weird thing is this email refers to the very first stage, which I had already passed. I was expecting the interview after passing the CV, technical test, and writing stages.
