Systems Analyst

Manager
So the interview process involved them asking me about my past experiences and also what I'm looking to do in the future. Then they wanted to know how I would map out plans for a specific area and what steps I'd take to achieve those goals, considering any limitations in the new market. Finally, I had to submit a rough plan of action for getting into the market.

Finance and Accounting
The interview process started with an accounting aptitude test, followed by an Excel test where I gave one-word answers to 6 questions. Then, there was an HR interview. The final round was a video conference from Delhi for an interview in Bangalore. The whole process took two weeks. I applied through my college.

Sales Manager
Started with a face-to-face interview with the Regional HR and Regional Sales Manager. Then, a virtual interview with the Regional Business Head. Next, another virtual interview, this time with the GM HR. Finally, a virtual HR discussion with the Regional HR.
