the process usually has resume screening, then an aptitude or coding test, followed by one or two technical interviews where they check your skills and projects, and then an HR round to see how you communicate and fit into the culture. Lastly, if you're selected, you get an offer letter.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 3 round interview process. First, a phone screening with an HR specialist. Then, an interview with coworkers where they asked about my experience and told me about the role. Finally, an interview with the Hiring Manager. The phone screening involved general questions. The coworker interview focused on experience and role details. After the last round, the HR specialist was silent for almost a month. Then I got a generic rejection email, which I had already expected. I wish they had been more upfront and provided timely updates like they said they would in their email.

The whole hiring process was very straightforward and professional. It started with a screening call, then I had an in-person interview with both the manager and the director. After that, I got an offer pretty quickly. The entire process from applying to getting the offer took under two weeks.

Behavioral Other

Applied online. Had to make multiple applications until a response was given. The company didn't seem very interested and was not even professional. Do not recommend this company or the Copenhagen office. They lack humanity and do not even tell you if you got the job. Emailed multiple times, no response. Very unprofessional. Found out the job posting was gone without any information or details. This company is not interested in applicants that make an effort to apply and take time for an interview.
