Applied via LinkedIn and got a recruiter call back. Then I spoke with the hiring manager, which was a great conversation. After that, there were 4 more meetings with different people, followed by a final panel interview that included a presentation. Overall, the interview process felt positive.

I worked with a recruiter in the UK first, which was a bit tough with the time difference. Then, I had a MS Teams call with the hiring manager, and that went pretty well. After that, I went in for a full day of interviews with a bunch of the team. Some people had to change their schedules last minute, so I ended up having to call them on MS Teams, which felt weird and not really the point of coming in for the interview since half the people weren't actually there.

Technical Behavioral

It was the usual interview process. Started with a phone screen, then an online video technical interview, and finally an on-site interview. The directors were great – really professional, knew their stuff, and were nice about it. They shared a lot of useful info about their work and what they're looking for. I always got feedback fast and honestly, which I really appreciated.

They seem to say what you want to hear, but everything changes in about 6 months! They all want to meet you in person, but they don't make it easy. After you accept the offer, they pressured me to resign from my job fast.
