Behavioral

The interview process was pretty standard, with straightforward questions. I did notice that response times were a bit slow. The people there were super friendly and the office environment seemed really nice. Since it's located in a busy part of Houston, I expected traffic to be a factor.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process has three rounds. First round is in Wan Chai with 3 managers, they will assess your technical skills, experience, and role fit. No HR involved. Second round is at Tsing Yi Oil Depot, managers will assess your operational knowledge and site-specific challenges. Still no HR. The final round is with the HR team and a director. They will assess your cultural fit, alignment with company values, and strategic goals. This 'hush round' sounds like a confidential discussion, possibly with final negotiations. Be well-prepared by understanding the company's operations and values, and be ready to discuss your contributions and alignment with the company's vision.

I had a telephone interview with some behavioral questions. Then, an onsite interview where I spoke with HR, a senior engineer, and the group leader. There were no technical questions. I received an offer a week later and they promised to provide accommodation and a meal plan. Three of us got offers.
