Project Manager
first, a phone interview with a headhunter, mostly focusing on why i want the job and what my salary expectations are. then, an interview with the director. this was mostly questions about my past experience and technical skills. there were also a few questions that were like a case study, where i had to think on my feet. it wasn't very structured and didn't feel high pressure, more like a casual chat.
- How do you deal with difficult individuals?
- Can you share an instance where you introduced change within your organization?
Project Manager
It was straightforward with the hiring manager. They described the role and responsibilities generally. It sounds like a lot of things to do, with diverse projects, many project opportunities, and cross-functional work within the company. It seems like many complicated processes are in place.
- Can you describe your current role and responsibilities?
- What projects have you handled?
Project Manager
The recruitment process was smooth and well-organized. It involved about one to two interviews. The first interview was with the Hiring Manager, and the second interview was with the Director. The final step is the offer. They have a very professional and structured approach to hiring. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to get into the Telecom and ICT fields.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- Describe a difficult situation you encountered in a professional setting.
