It was a pretty quick process, just two interviews, one with HR and then the hiring manager. They made an offer pretty fast after that. Mostly behavioral stuff, checking for culture fit.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved two rounds. The first round included a written essay test and an interview with the hiring manager. The second round was an interview with the head of the consumer group department. The overall impression of the organization is positive; it's a leading player in the industry with a significant presence in Southeast Asia. HR was very efficient, promptly requesting previous payslips to determine the joining level and potential salary offer. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks. The Head of Department is a highly experienced individual with 30 years at the company, reminiscent of an older storyteller. Opportunities for learning and growth exist if you're willing to put in the effort and connect well with the evaluators. After a few months of working here, I can confirm that the 'local company culture' is still very much present, even as they try to align with global MNC standards.
