The recruiter and I had a good connection, and she emphasized the company's strong focus on communication and transparency. After the second interview, I didn't get any response, so I followed up two weeks later. I was asked to wait another two weeks for a decision, but after that, it was silence. It's frustrating because the recruiter frequently posts on LinkedIn about these company values, yet couldn't send a simple email with an update or rejection. Save your time and don't bother with this company.

Applied on LinkedIn and heard back about three weeks later. Pros: Let me know upfront how many interviews were in the process, shared benefits information after the first call with the recruiter. Those I talked with in the company were extremely friendly and made the interviews feel very comfortable. Cons: Had one interview left in the process and the recruiter ghosted me after already going through three of the four interviews. Only told me they went with another candidate after I emailed them over one week after my first email to my recruiter checking in. Pretty unprofessional, considering they were only interviewing two other candidates they could have told me I was out of the running when they no longer saw me fit for the role. Recruiter also scheduled/confirmed interview times very late. I received an interview invite at 10pm for the next day at 11AM, this was days after giving my availability. Thankfully it worked for my schedule, but as someone who has an unpredictable meeting schedule (something I mentioned upfront) this wasn't exactly courteous.

I saw an ad and applied because I needed a job. First, I had a phone chat with a recruiter. She was nice and asked some good questions that made me feel comfortable. Then, I met with the recruiter and my potential boss at a coffee shop because the person I would replace hadn't told everyone yet that she was leaving. The recruiter was great at making me feel relaxed, and my boss was really clear about what the daily tasks would be.

Started with a recruiter call, then a coding challenge that was split into front-end and back-end, I did the front-end one (responsive design). Then a tech phone interview about web dev and JS. Ended with an on-site with the Director of Engineering, Technical Director and Tech leads.
