Interviewed two steps for a Senior Living role. It was drawn out and would have been four steps in total, which felt unnecessary for a front-line position. They seem to be going through a lot of candidates for just one position. Missed appointments were an issue on the company's side. The company hires very slowly and lacks urgency to fill the role in today's competitive market. Most people in their positions don't stay long.

A staffing agency submitted my resume, and they reviewed and responded very quickly. They were straightforward and reasonable throughout the whole process, and very willing to work with my schedule. The agency gave a good idea of who would be interviewing me. I went directly to an in-person interview with two people who were professional and asked well-worded questions. After the interview, they were honest about other candidates. They were willing to wait for me to complete another interview I had scheduled with a different company. After that, I wanted a formal offer, and they were ready. The process was streamlined and organized; they are thorough and move quickly.

i got referred by a friend. the call center manager called me a few days later to set up an interview. it was a normal interview. a manager asked me some questions and then showed me around the place. it took about 45 minutes. if you look up common interview questions and get your answers ready, you'll be good. they hired me a few days after that.

The people I met at Single Digits were all very nice, but the interview process was extremely drawn out with minimal communication on status, showing a lack of consideration to candidates. The employer should be more prepared when screening potential employees and provide timely updates throughout the process.
