It was pretty painless. I did three separate interviews, each was pretty straight forward with standard interviews questions. They didn't throw any crazy curve balls. First with director of sales, then with digital sales manager and director of sales, and then all the sale managers plus the GM.

Started with a phone screen, then an in-person interview and then another interview which was a presentation. The sales manager did the first interview. He was understanding about my job situation. My position was being eliminated because of leadership changes. Then I interviewed with 3 managers who were friendly. A few days later, I was asked to come in for a presentation. I had a conflict and asked to reschedule, but they said it would be hard because people were going on vacation soon. So I changed my plans and went in. The manager reviewed my resume and asked the others if they asked about my job hopping. They said yes. Then he said he didn't think I was there for the right reasons. I gave him a reference list and he didn't get what a contract position was on my resume. I explained it and he still seemed confused and asked for a reference for the contract role, which I said I could provide. Then they asked me to do my presentation. During my presentation, the manager took a phone call and left. He came back and interrupted to explain his wife needed a ride from the airport and was texting under the table. It felt confrontational, and he seemed rude and arrogant.
