Had two interview rounds. First with my potential direct manager, then with their manager. Pretty standard questions were asked, like "why do you want this position." It was very synergy focused, with lots of questions about personality and working styles. It felt more like a casual conversation.

This company really likes hiring people they know from previous jobs who are good at what they do. I met the hiring manager face-to-face, they actually came out to meet me.
