I had a phone interview for this position in early May of 2016. The interviewer was friendly and pleasant and the interview itself was not too difficult. However, I found the behavior of this company after the interview to be unprofessional. I was told I would hear if they wanted to interview me again within a week. A week passed and I heard nothing, so I made a follow-up call and left a voicemail for the interviewer. He never returned my call. Two months (!) later, I got an email saying they were not interested in hiring me. It's fine if they want a different candidate, but their communication about my standing was unprofessional and bizarre.

This was the worst and most uncomfortable interview experience I've ever had. The questions were standard and not hard, but the interviewer was extremely rude and had an attitude from the start. When the Teams meeting began, she didn't say anything and just stared at me. I had to initiate the conversation by saying hello, and I ended up leading the interview because she wouldn't talk to me. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview, and she even interrupted me at times to ask another question. I knew I wouldn't get the job or a second interview within the first five seconds. The interviewer didn't make any small talk or provide details about the job duties, the company, or anything else you'd expect in an interview.

The interview was super quick, in person with the Community Manager. I don't even recall applying for this specific place. She mostly asked really simple, yes/no type questions, and if the job fit my schedule.
