O processo de entrevista foi muito positivo e bem organizado. Desde o primeiro contato, fui bem orientada sobre as etapas e me senti acolhida durante todo o processo. A entrevista foi conduzida de forma clara, permitindo que eu apresentasse minha trajetória profissional, minhas habilidades e meus objetivos. Além disso, tive a oportunidade de conhecer melhor a empresa e entender as expectativas da vaga, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais enriquecedora. A recrutadora demorou um pouco para entrar em contato, mas depois disso tudo fluiu bem.

Simple interview with no technical questions, only about your resume and previous experience and your profile. There was an interview with HR and then with the person who would be the supervisor, explaining a little about how the work would be.

The interview process was a very positive and memorable experience. From the first contact, everything was clear, organized, and welcoming, which made me feel confident and that the company was professional. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in knowing my technical skills, my background, my values, and how I could contribute to the team. The atmosphere was relaxed and respectful, allowing the conversation to flow naturally. The questions were well-structured and to the point, but also gave me space to express myself comfortably. They also explained the company, its culture, and the job expectations in detail, which showed the process was transparent. A very positive aspect was how the interviewers listened carefully to my answers and patiently and kindly clarified all my doubts. This made me feel valued and comfortable throughout the interview. It was definitely an enriching experience that left an excellent impression of the company and increased my interest in joining the team.

Teve uma prova de Excel, que é nível fácil se você usar sempre a ferramenta. O perfil de cultura da empresa é bacana e o salário bem atrativo para o cargo de supervisor. Requer conhecimento em Power BI, ideias inovadoras e trabalho sob pressão. Em geral, a entrevista é bem humanizada.
