I applied online, and then the manager called me about a week later to set up an in-person interview. It was pretty quick, lasting about 30 minutes to an hour. They asked general getting-to-know-you questions like strengths and weaknesses, and also tested my knowledge of Apple products. A few logic questions were thrown in too, to gauge how I'd approach selling something or solving a problem, plus a math question or two.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online before the store was opened. I got a call from someone about 2-3 weeks before the store would open and met two employees for an interview that lasted about 20 minutes. After that I had an interview with the would-be manager a couple of days later for just around 10-15 minutes just to make sure I wasn't crazy.

Behavioral

I applied online and then called the store manager to set up an interview. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, not too difficult, mostly just to see if I'd fit in with the team. My advice would be to be ready to talk about what you think makes someone successful and to really show your personality throughout the interview.
