First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Simplion Technologies.
Salesforce Developer
For this fresher role, I was asked about basic C, C++, and Java. Some programming-related questions were also asked, like pattern printing using C, swapping without a third variable, Java questions, program optimization, database queries, and basic OOP concepts.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Do you have any programming-related questions?
- Tell me about pattern printing in C.
Applications Architect
The interview process was nice and smooth, pretty well coordinated. They were able to adjust my schedule into theirs. Interviewers called on time and were also able to finish within the stipulated time.
- They asked about the flexibility.
Software Engineer
The interview process had three stages. It started with a telephonic interview where I was asked basic Salesforce questions. After passing that, I was invited to the office for the next round. In this round, I was given 5 questions to solve, which were relatively easy for someone with Salesforce developer experience. They were particularly interested in my approach to solving problems efficiently. I was then asked to justify my choice of algorithms and discuss alternative methods, along with their pros and cons. The final stage involved some general HR questions.
- Explain your reasoning for choosing a particular method to solve the problems and if there were any limitations or better alternatives.
- Note down any limitations of your chosen approach.
