& Process

So the interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a quick quiz to check my technical knowledge. Then, we had a chat about my background and career aspirations. Finally, they showed me around the office so I could get a feel for the place and how they work.

I started by filling out a questionnaire in the application, and then they sent me a link to another questionnaire about a past project. After that, I had a phone interview with two Developers where we talked about past projects, starting with the one I mentioned in the questionnaire. They were super friendly and welcoming, and they answered all my questions. This was my first interview and I was really nervous, but they made me feel comfortable. I think I didn't do my best and wasn't offered the job, but I learned a lot. I'm really thankful they considered me and would recommend working with them. They seem to really enjoy their work and are easy to get along with.

I applied through the company website and the whole thing took about two weeks. It involved two phone chats and then an in-person meeting with the Director of SEM and an SEM Analyst. The interview felt more like just chatting and getting to know each other than a typical question-and-answer session. They were keen to understand my interests, what I'm capable of, and what drives me. Both seemed really enthusiastic about discussing their roles, their own career paths, and the benefits of working at the company.

I applied online and heard back from HR a couple weeks later for an initial screening interview. They wanted to see if I was a good fit for the company and had the necessary skills. About two weeks after that, I had a follow-up interview with the team I'd be joining, which lasted about an hour. They asked job-related questions to assess my experience. Both interviews were super relaxed and pressure-free.
