The interview process felt a bit extended for an entry-level position. I had three interviews, meeting everyone in the small office, including people I wouldn't be directly reporting to. Since there were only about five people, they really wanted to ensure everyone would mesh well. The interviews themselves were typically brief, around 30 minutes, and had a very relaxed atmosphere. It was mostly casual conversation to gauge if we could comfortably work together throughout the day. They were focused on making sure we’d all get along.

the interview wasn't very interactive. they didn't ask many questions and didn't seem very interested. I wasn't sure if I'd get a call back. The people were nice, but one manager was too self-absorbed to be a good leader.

The interview process was pretty extensive. After applying they send you a questionnaire to see if you’re fit for the position. Regular customer service questions that I found to be common. And then it was 2 rounds of in person interviews. First with the marketing director and the assistant marketing director. And the second/final with the marketing director and the mall manager.
