Marketing Intern
The first round was on Zoom and the second was in person. It was a super casual, easygoing conversation. During the in-person interview, I got to walk around the property, see my office, and meet all the coworkers. The Zoom interview lasted 30-45 minutes and the in-person one lasted about 45 minutes.
- What's something you're most proud of?
Marketing Intern
I got a call to come in for an interview with the marketing director. It was pretty chill but professional. They said they'd be in touch. About a week later, they called me back for a personality test that took an hour. Then they said they'd be in touch again. Another week passed and the marketing director called me to come in for an interview with the general manager. This one was way more formal and tough, lasting an hour. The manager was cool though and told me a lot about the job. At the end, the GM offered me the job and I started the next week after doing the paperwork.
- Can you describe yourself in one word?
- Do you have any questions for us?
Marketing Intern
It was a pretty standard process for an intern position. After the Marketing Director reviewed my resume, they had me come into the office. They asked pretty standard questions, focusing more on my personality than my work experience, considering I had previously worked in logistics and operations, not marketing.
