Assistant Manager
I sent in my resume and then immediately did some aptitude and IQ tests. About three weeks later, I got an email for an interview call. It was pretty casual and mostly covered the usual questions. After that, there was a scenario-based interview.
- Tell me about your experience and how it relates to this role.
- What makes you want to work for Simon?
- What are your reasons for wanting this specific position?
Management Trainee
The hiring process for this entry-level role felt like a waste of time. I went through five interviews that spanned almost three months, which doesn't show much urgency from their end. The managers were nice, but after the fifth interview, I was ghosted. A month and a half later, I got an automated rejection. I'm unemployed and really wanted this job, so I feel my time and effort were wasted.

Management Trainee
The interview process had 4 rounds of meetings with HR, GMs, and RVPs. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions. It was straightforward and handled entirely through Teams. Everyone was pleasant to talk to and wanted you to pass to the next round.
- What is your background and why did you choose this position?
