The interview felt like a shady sales pitch, a clear pyramid scheme. It felt shady from the start. It involved a lot of hype and psychological conditioning, followed by a big sales pitch to get you to join, with a lot of fake motivational speaking. Then they talk to you individually to really push you to take the job. They make money off you if you do.
