First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Simon Arias Agency.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was good. They provided good information about the company via a virtual webinar, and they were responsive in setting up the interview and the company overview presentation. It seems like a good place to work. However, you must be willing to invest in a license to sell insurance in your state, and you must spend a lot of time in training to learn about everything.
- What motivates you to join our company?
Customer Service Representative
I logged into Zoom Webinar and the Director shared info on all the perks of working for the company, like incentives, potential annual income, and other bonuses. He also talked about the company culture, saying it's a fast-paced and competitive environment, but that they've received awards in Pittsburgh PA for being a top workplace.
- What are your thoughts on how you would fit into the Arias Agency culture?
Customer Service Representative
The office was nice and clean, and the receptionist was friendly. The interviewer was cheerful and seemed happy. We went over my resume and didn't ask many meaningful questions, likely to gauge my personality. Then, we moved to a conference room with other candidates to watch a company presentation. The presenter was funny, upbeat, and passionate. We also completed a personality quiz, and they said they'd call if a second interview was needed.
- Can you describe your current job responsibilities?
- Are you happy with your current role?
