First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SimiTree Healthcare Consulting.
Consultant
After a couple of phone screenings, they flew me out to Connecticut to meet in person. It was a pleasant experience overall, although it felt a bit unnecessary since they didn't really follow up, and I ended up not getting the job.
- Could you discuss your experience regarding financial metrics and KPIs specifically within the home health and hospice industries?
Marketing Manager
I went through three rounds of interviews, excluding the initial recruiter contact. One interview was at 7:15 am, and then I was ghosted. I was really excited about this role because things moved so fast. Communication was great until the end. The last interview went really well, and the interviewer said I'd be a great addition to the team. But then... nothing. It's been almost a month since that last chat.
- Is the offered compensation within your expected salary range?
Accountant
I met with 3 people virtually. They were very nice and I felt comfortable. The questions were about my past work and what I expect from the role. I think I'm a good fit. Waiting to hear back.
- Tell me about your Excel skills.
- What are your expectations for this new hire?
Intern
Interning through this company was very simple and kept things very light. I was nervous and the kind people made me feel better. Very good environment and people in this company and would definitely go back to them
- Why do you want to work for this company
