Product Support Specialist
After applying, I got an invite to interview about 10 days later. We skipped the initial HR chat and went straight to talking with the team lead. I introduced myself and we reviewed my CV and past work. A few days later, I had a technical test that lasted an hour and a half, which I passed. Another interview was set up for the following week. This final interview was an hour long with the director of product support and the same team lead, though the director asked most of the questions. They were mostly situational and behavioral. I was surprised to get a rejection email a week later, stating my qualifications weren't a match, which seemed strange given it wasn't discussed during the interviews. I'm really annoyed they wasted my time with a full interview process if I wasn't qualified from the start. It feels like a complete waste of time and effort.

Product Support Specialist
Totally automated process, only bots. Got a no-reply email with a 33-minute assessment. Couldn't finish one part due to technical issues (interrupted at home and it timed out). Canditech support said to contact the hiring company, but I never did. Got a no-reply email today saying they're not proceeding after reviewing my test. Don't waste your time.
- Record a video introducing yourself.
- Complete an English language test.
- Take a typing test.
Employee Experience Specialist
The interview process went really well. I had 4 video calls total, with HR and my managers. They were really accommodating and scheduled all 4 interviews in one week for me since I was interviewing elsewhere and needed to make a decision. After the last interview, they asked for references. Everything moved super fast and smoothly. The HR team was super efficient and considerate of my time, and just really nice. When I got the offer from Similarweb that same week, I knew I had to take it. I've been here almost 4 months and I seriously love it.
