I had a zoom interview scheduled and prepped for it, dressed up and took time off work, but was told at the interview time that the position was canceled. They mentioned I could apply again if another role opened up. A few weeks later, a similar position appeared, so I reapplied and emailed the recruiter. I didn't hear back for days and then got a generic rejection email. This company doesn't seem serious about hiring.

It was a straightforward three-stage interview. Stage one was a phone call with the HR recruitment team. Then there were two CV review and interview questions. Finally, there was a pitching and presenting a practice call. That's pretty much it, quick and simple.

I applied and a few days later I got an email saying they weren't interested. The next day, HR called to see if I had time to chat. I asked if they could call back a bit later, which they agreed to but never did. The day after that, she called again. We had a good phone interview, and she said she'd get back to me, but they never did, either by phone or email.
