The interview process had quite a few steps, but thankfully the turnaround time was quick: First, an HR screening call. Then, a 30-minute call with the team lead covering some basic data structures and time complexity questions. After that, a 1.5-hour technical interview with two engineers where I had to tackle a LeetCode easy style question and an OOP design question, and also discuss a past work project. This was followed by a home project that took about 8 hours of net time. Then, an interview with the group lead, mostly a technical discussion. Next was an HR interview. Then, an interview with the VP of R&D, focusing mainly on interpersonal aspects. After that, 2 recommenders were contacted by similarweb. Finally, an offer was extended.
