Delivery Manager
The hiring process here is quite slow, and they tend to hire when there's a strong match with your skills for their current projects. They focus on 'selling' the job and are open to negotiating various aspects like salary, your notice period, and even your official designation. They have the flexibility to adjust salary structures by modifying variable components. You might be expected to wait for months for an offer, and they'd prefer you have no other job offers. While the pay can be good, be aware that they might expect you to handle work for 2-3 people, which could severely impact your work-life balance.
- Is there anything else?
- Just bargain well and be ready to work for 3-4 projects (12-15 hrs daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)

it was a one day process with 3 rounds. first was a pen-paper aptitude test, which was pretty easy and most people cleared it. after that, there were two technical rounds. the technical rounds really focused on our analytical and logical skills. they mainly tested our logic by asking us to write programs for things like patterns, arrays, and loops. they also asked SQL and PLSQL questions based on given scenarios.
- technical interview includes questions like basic programs on patterns, loops, arrays, searching and sorting algos. SQL and PLSQL
- one suggestion from my side, if you know the answer then only speak, if not say "sorry, i am not able to recall it now".
- simply don't bluff them because they know better than you.
Sales Development Representative
The recruiter asked about my daily activities and gave a good description of the role and responsibilities. I liked that they explained the interview process. Tip: it would help if you had a general 30-60-90 plan. At the time in 2021, there was a new recruiter covering the role, so that made it a little easier. I just asked good questions that almost forced them to move me to the next step. Great, very patient and thorough.
- Can you tell me about the CRM or other sales tools you've used in the past?
- How do you deal with rejection and what keeps you motivated?
- How do you stay motivated?
Machine Learning Engineer
The interview had 3 rounds total. First was a recruiter call to go over my resume and the job. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager to discuss high-level ML topics and my resume. The last interview was with a senior team member to go into detail about building ML models and my resume. After that, I didn't hear back.
- Can you explain the difference between bias and variance?
- What is the difference between correlation and causation?
- Tell me about your experience with RNNs and building a chatbot.
