The interview was conducted online around a year ago because of the pandemic. It lasted about an hour and included interviewers from Yayasan, R&D, and Plantation. They focused on several areas, particularly how I could leverage my strengths to bring value to the company and my role within their industry.

The interview process was pretty standard, with no real surprises. They asked typical questions and nothing too out there. We also had a group interview and worked on a group project to see how well we collaborate. It was tough but also pretty fun and engaging. A bit of a bummer when interviewers went off on tangents though, that could get annoying.

The 30-minute interview started with introductions, then they asked me about my background, strengths, and problem-solving skills. The interviewer talked about the job and what they expected, and then I got to ask my questions. I was nervous at first but got more confident as it went on, and it felt professional and supportive.
