The top person in the company in MA interviewed me at his hotel. A week later, the directors interviewed me at the lab in MA. Another week later, I went back to the lab to meet the team. My hiring director mentioned that HR in China would call me with an offer that night. I was about to accept another offer, but surprisingly, HR informed me they weren't extending an offer. I was shocked.
