First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Silverton Mortgage.
Human Resources
There were 4 interviews that went from July 2023 to November 2023. I was asked to submit documents about TM engagement programs I implemented in the past on 3 separate occasions. After that, there was no communication or updates about the role.
- Could you share some examples of team member engagement programs that you have implemented?
Document Custody and Release Coordinator
Overall the interview wasn’t bad, I was just disappointed in the misrepresentation of the salary range for the job. After getting though the interview process, was told they could only pay 75% of the lowest number on the advertised salary. Had I known that it would be that low, I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
- Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a colleague.
Mortgage Loan Officer
The interview process was straightforward, relaxed, and low-stress. It was quite easy. All the interviewers were polite, answered my questions, and gave me good insights into the daily tasks of the role.
- What is a motivator for you?
Manager
The interview process felt long and communication was lacking. It made me nervous and kept me on edge. It all worked out in the end, but better communication would have been helpful.
- Was a 1003 knowledge check performed?
