It's usually a panel interview with breakout sessions. Even though the questions might sound technical, they're really more about your personality and how you'd fit with the current team. You can tell you're doing well if the conversation starts to flow naturally.

I had a 30-minute virtual interview set up by a recruiter. It was a really weird and uncomfortable interview experience! I met with two women at the same time. One of them immediately said she'd ask questions at the end, while the other explained the role and its requirements. During her explanation, the first woman was putting on lipstick, looking at her phone, texting, and messing with her camera, which was super distracting because she seemed so preoccupied. When the first woman finally asked her questions, the second woman was busy emailing on her computer, which made me feel like she wasn't even paying attention to me! They also seemed to think I wasn't a good fit for the job.

The interview process had four steps: first, a chat with HR, then an interview with the CTO, followed by a talk with the Team Lead, and lastly, a final discussion with the CEO. It all went pretty smoothly and was set up well. The HR chat was a good start and explained things clearly. The CTO interview was quick and to the point, covering important stuff without wasting time, which I liked. Talking to the Team Lead was really chill. Even when I wasn't sure about some answers, they were supportive and didn't make me feel bad, so I felt pretty relaxed. Overall, it felt very professional and left a good impression.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process involved three rounds. It started with an initial phone call with HR. Then there was a zoom interview with the manager. The final round consisted of three in-person 1:1 interviews with different department members. The last interview included an in-office Argus case study for technical analysis, lasting one hour. The overall process was quite slow, with two-week gaps between each round, and scheduling took a long time.
