Sales Manager
first you get training and then you do the interviews which are role-play based. these are about half an hour to 40 mins long and other people join the same session. by the end of the day you hear if you succeeded

So I didn't have any actual interview, they just sent me a training video and then asked if I had any questions. After I cleared my queries, they sent over a 23-page contract without any discussion, which felt a bit off, so I decided to pass.

So, the whole thing usually starts with you sending in your application, then there's like a screening part, after that you'll have interviews with different people you'd be working with, then some kind of assessments, they check your references, and if all goes well, you might get an offer. Make sure you get ready for it, look into the company, and get your answers ready for common questions, and be professional. Oh, and send a thank-you email after each interview.

The process was a scam, with many reviews likely written by the CEO. After clearing the first two stages, I couldn't get the final stage call. The HR manager either missed appointments or gave inadequate email responses. Ultimately, she missed a scheduled interview and falsely claimed she was waiting for me.
