We had phone and in-person meetings. There were two sets of interviews in total. The people interviewing were really friendly and helpful. It's a shame about the company. The management seemed really supportive.

First, I had to gather five references who then had to complete a long survey. Then, I had a phone call with the hiring manager. A week after that, I had a 1.5-hour video interview with four other employees, all back-to-back. I followed up twice because I hadn't heard back. Finally, I got an email saying I didn't get the job.

The whole interview thing was pretty quick, like just a couple of weeks from when they first reached out. The people interviewing me were super nice and really helped with any questions I had. It's a really professional bank, they seem to treat everyone, staff and customers, really well.

The interview process was unpleasant with no technical questions. The hiring manager reacted negatively to my description of my current role and company structure, showing disapproval. She argued with me instead of listening and kept breaking my thought process with her reactions. She also tried to make me admit to things I hadn't done by asking leading questions like "Maybe it was you?" or "Maybe you missed something?". I was asked about conflicts with others, and although I truthfully said no, she didn't believe me. I disliked the interviewer and was rejected the next day. I wouldn't have accepted the offer anyway. My only regret was not researching the company beforehand due to personal reasons.
