First, I had to do a video explaining my vision for myself in the company. Then, there were two phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview with about 5 people. It was quite demanding.

I had a phone screening with Silverback Strategies' HR manager. It was pretty standard and pleasant. After that, I was ghosted and never heard back. It would have been nice to get a response, even if it was a 'no.' Wasting my time with a screening without a follow-up reflects poorly on how a company values people's time.

HR reached out for an initial chat, then I spoke with the VP of SEO over video. Both chats went well. The VP asked me to do an assignment, responding to over 10 role-related scenarios. I did that, and they said they'd let me know about next steps, but I never heard back, not even after I followed up weeks later.
