Lots of emails and phone calls. This was even after I declined the position. They don’t necessarily seem like a scam but also they seem like a scam. Especially with the constant and persistent contacting.

It was a good experience overall and I really felt I connected with the hiring manager. I noticed I had more experience than what they were looking for, and we even talked about some other opportunities, which felt promising. About two weeks later, I reached out to HR for an update but didn't get a response. Communication was a bit challenging.

The interview had two parts. First, I had to input some mock orders while listening to a recording that simulated the work environment. I liked this hands-on part, it showed pretty quickly if you could handle the work. The second part was a standard interview asking about your background and what you'd bring to the team.

I went through two tests for this role. The first was a computer-based test where I had to pretend to answer customer phone calls, which wasn't too difficult. The second interview was a phone call where they asked me about selling items, how to respond to customers, and about the company's values.
