First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Silver Hill Hospital.
Volunteer
I met with the volunteer coordinator and we talked about me and I got to ask her some questions. She told me about the opportunities at Silver Hill and what areas I could volunteer in.
- Tell me about your interests.
Patient Service Representative
I met with the management team and then individually with the manager. They gave me a really good explanation of the whole healthcare system and the campus. They also told me a lot about what the hospital offered. They really emphasized how important it is to always keep patient names and information private.
- Can you share some examples of how you would manage specific patient care scenarios?
Human Resources
It was a Zoom panel interview, then a full day of about 10 individual interviews. After that, we had lunch in an open conference/lunch room where anyone could ask me questions. Finally, there was a conference meeting with about 15 people firing questions.
- Can you provide a summary of your background?
- There were various questions about specific issues, essentially asking for my advice on them.
