I got a message on LinkedIn and they asked me to call them. When I called, I had to answer a lot of questions. After the questions, they asked me if I could start in 2 weeks, which would mean quitting my job right away. I wasn't sure at first, but after about 30 more minutes on the phone, I said yes. I didn't have to do a coding test, but people hired after me will have to (and I'll be the one giving it).
