It was overall easy, went over topics on my resume, discussed what I wanted from the company and where my goals lied. Pretty simple, took 2 rounds before i received an offer

The company responded fast, but the interview was a disaster. I showed up and was told ten minutes past our scheduled time that the person I was supposed to meet wouldn't be interviewing me. Instead, the receptionist would conduct the interview. She was very nice, and we had a good chat. At the end, she said she'd recommend me for another interview. Two days later, I found out I wouldn't be getting a second interview from the very same person who was too busy to interview me initially. If my resume was good enough and the person who was supposed to interview me wanted to recommend me, I think it's incredibly insulting to deny me a second interview when they didn't even make time for the first. I never got a chance to make a real impression. I skipped my classes for an interview that never actually happened. I was really excited about working there, and this insult was really disappointing. Completely rude and unprofessional.

This was the most unusual interview I've ever had. I spoke with a manager who was late because they were dealing with a crisis they managed to resolve. They didn't ask me any questions except to inquire which of the three opportunities I was given a summary of sounded the most appealing. They let me know I'd hear from them in a week or two, as they were busy with other interviews. I did hear back within about two weeks and received an offer via email. The initial offer was quite low, and they explained it was due to my experience, but they would consider a salary review and raise in 6 months to a year.

The interview was very casual and friendly, but it moved quickly. They were mostly interested in learning about your career goals and helping you find a role that matches your skills. It was a very open environment, yet things moved at a fast pace.
